How we work
We have been providing market strategy and business development support services to clients since 2011. With over 20 years in the region working with high-impact start-ups all the way to NYSE listed companies, we bring a wealth of experience, knowledge and contacts to our customers.
The GCC is a dynamic, high-growth region with a young population that provides significant growth opportunities for international businesses. It is also unique from a business practice and culture perspective which can present challenges to new market entrants.
We start by providing clients with an understanding of realistic timelines, budgets and prospects. Based on this clients can make an informed decision on their ability to truly commit to the region and maximize their chances of long-term success.
Business development planning comes next. We spend time with clients to build an understanding of their working practices, optimum target sectors and sales/pitch processes as well as commercial models and post-sale capabilities. An optimized plan is then agreed and we get to work with research and existing networks to build a prospect list and begin contact.
We advise clients to visit the region as often as schedules and budgets allow since business in the region is very relationship driven and visits also reflect a commitment to prospects.
